Inspector note: OBSERVED TCS FOOD ITEMS (SLICED CHEESE, FRENCH FRIES) UTILIZING TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL MISSING MARKINGS OR OTHER IDENTIFIERS INDICATING THE TIME THAT IS 4 HOURS PAST THE POINT IN TIME WHEN FOOD WAS REMOVED FROM TEMPERATURE CONTROL, WITH OUTDATED LABELS DATED 8/21 AT TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD FOOD ITEMS AND UTILIZE LABELS THAT ACCURATELY IDENTIFY THE TIME IN WHICH FOODS UTILIZING TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL ARE REMOVED FROM TEMPERATURE CONTROL. PERSON-IN-CHARGE DISCARDED FOODS WITH IMPROPER LABELS AND ADDED ACCURATE LABELS TO ALL NEW CONTAINERS OF TCS FOODS ONCE REMOVED FROM TEMPERATURE CONTROL ON-SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED.
