Inspector note: Observed the wall behind the two steam kettles to have a small 1/2 inch gap along the top of the white 'FRP' just below the top rail. Instructed facility to seal and maintain. Observed the metal wall panel on the wall behind the 4 door cooler at the front prep area to not be secured to the wall. Instructed facility to secure and maintain.
