    Inspector note: Across from the flat top grills on top of the refrigerators observed cut jalapenos at 68F and a mayonnaise based sauce in 1oz cups at 61F; per the person in charge they had been removed from active refrigeration at or around 11:00am and had the staff move them to the walk-in refrigerator to cool to 41F; hold TCS foods at 41F and below.

  • Sanitizing Solutions Testing Devices (Pf)
    Inspector note: At the three compartment sink observed a bulk container of Ecolab Sink & Surface sanitizer hooked up to the auto-mixer but the location does not have Sink & Surface test strips. The person in charge stated that they should only be using quats sanitizer and was able to retrieve a new bulk container of quats retested the solution in the three compartment sink at 300ppm and refilled the in-use red sanitizer buckets in the food prep area with the quats solution. Provide proper test strips for sanitizers used in the establishment.

  • Prohibiting Animals (Pf)
    Inspector note: Observed two dogs in the dining area one in a stroller. The Health Inspector needed to ask the customers if the animals were service animals to which the customers replied that they were not and were asked by the Health Inspector to move them outside the restaurant. The Health Inspector will send guidance documents on service animals to the staff for review. Only service animals are allowed inside the restaurant.
