Food ProtectionInspector note: Discontinue the following practices to minimize the potential for cross contamination: the storage of bucket containing limes directly on top of the lemons within the lemon bucket the bottom surface of the lime bucket could contaminate the exterior of the lemons at the top of the lemon bucket; the use of the worn/chipped lime press; the storage of produce on the bottom of refrigeration units with standing water.
