  Inspector note: OUTSIDE -- at inspection found dumpster over -filled -& boxes at rear door - & lids of dumpster not closed- ( dumpster too near to wall for lids to close - CORRECT - empty dumpster have dumpster placed so that lids can be shut after dumpster is emptied by pick-up co. & keep lids closed at all time-to help protect from wind blown trash & pests entering dumpster ( sea gulls - rodents etc.)
