Standards of Identity (C)Inspector note: Any and all foods prepared in "house" and sold in the self service units at the " Re-Fuel " section of the hotel need to have ample information on the labels to properly identify the contents - the word " parfait" is too general of a word to use to describe the contents list plain or vanilla yogurt granola and what type of fruit as discussed during the inspection - - pack on dates and sell by dates are recommended
