All foods were removed from the unit at the time of the inspection. 2 Fans inside of the walk-in freezer were not operating at the time of the inspection. Address and make any necessary repairs. All other foods inside of the unit were frozen. Fan of the walk-in dairy cooler not operating properly. Address and make any necessary repairs. Unit was operating properly at the time of the inspection.
