Installed and MaintainedInspector note: Repair leak to pipe at hand sink in produce. Floor drain in walk in needs to be cleaned out. Water from hand sink draining onto floor drain in walk in. PIC needs to have drain to main soiled water pipe not the floor in walk in for produce. Repair leak from sanitizer in meat prep room. PIC stated that the plumber is due to come in Tue. Original re-inspection was due for 6-9-16. Location had another CRM over the weekend. PIC will address violations.
