Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Larger walk-in cooler with an elevated temperature of 46F. Discontinue use for any TCS foods until unit has been repaired and can maintain a temperature of below 41F. All TCS foods were removed at the time of the inspeciton and placed into a unit that was operatoing below 41F. Management stated that a technician was in route to make any necessary repairs.
