Installed and MaintainedInspector note: Gases from the sewer may be entering the basement via infrequently utilized floor drains. If the traps within the basement drainage system dries gases may escape into the basement. The traps should be wetted and an assessment made to see if this eliminates the basement odor.

Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: Tiles at the entrance to the bar area were cracked and lifting. The broken tiles should be repaired to promote ease of cleaning within the bar. Treads to the stairs to the basement should be cleaned to remove the build-up. Ice is accumulating on the floor of the freezer. The ice should be removed.
