Washing fruits and veg's.Inspector note: Washing of produce being done when dirty dishes are at 3bay sink.Due to the fact that there is no dedicated food prep sink at establishment the 3bay sink can be utilized first thing in the am before dirty pans are placed at the sink.Ensure sink is properly cleaned/sanitized and utilize a collander.If this can't be executed properly and consistently then a dedicated prep sink will need to be installed.
