Wash Rinse Water Clean Proper Temperature.Inspector note: The dishwasher is supposed to wash at 150F and rinse at 16oF witht he final rinse at 180F. The wash is 140F rinse 140F and final rinse 190F. A high temp thermomoter is showing that the temperatrue is reaching 180F. Provide proper wash temperature.
