Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: in the basement the wall under the hand sink is soiled with food spills and food encrustments. Clean wall. The wall behind the basmeent hand sink is damaged. Repair wall. Wall surface should be smooth durable non porus and easy to clean. Ceiling tiles on ceiling of basement prep kitchen are stained. Replace stained ceiling tiles. Wall at bottom of basement stairs has a large hole. Repair wall seal up the exposed portion of the wall. Floor under the hot line has heavy grease buildup and buildup of soils. Clean the floor area.
