PIC will need to call them and show the the areas in the basement that we found. droppings on floor behind mixed on shelves and on gas meter. PIC will need to have pest control check the drop ceiling in the basement and provide a detailed report of his findings.

Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Clean exterior (handles) of refrigeration equipment (walk in). Clean shelves in kitchen area. Clean prep tables in basement.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean hood filters. PIC stated that they are cleaned every Sunday. Hood sticker expires in Sept. 2022. PIC stated that hood is getting cleaned this up coming Friday.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: Clean floors in kitchen and basement under and behind equipment. Visibly soiled with grim dust and old mouse droppings. Clean wall behind three bay sink of mold grouth below sink bays.

Walls and Ceilings Attachments (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to replace missing ceiling tiles in basement area. Discontinue to do any prep until tiles have been replaced. Also some tiles in kitchen starting to peel apart.

Repairing-Premises Structures Attachments and Fixtures-Methods (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to have a plumber come in and address any water leaks from ceiling in basement. PIC is working with property owner at this time.
