(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: During the inspection fresh and old rodent droppings were observed in multiple areas of the kitchen and the restaurant basement indicating rodent activity. The presence of rodent droppings constitutes an insanitary condition that poses an imminent health hazard due to the potential contamination of food food-contact surfaces equipment and utensils.Provide detail pest report for licensed pest technician. I responded to the location on 8.4.26(9:00pm) while On Call for a report that the business is operating while on a Voluntary closure. Upon arrival the business was open & operating. I spoke to Asst .Commissioner Dan Prendergast. A TSOP was issued-(temporay suspension of the permnit) I spoke with owner Ashley Cardona and explained that the business will remain closed. The owner was instructed to contact the ISD Health office the next business day 617-635-5326 to request a hearing.
