IPM provided upon inspection from LadyBug Dated 11/17/25 states live rat sighting around pipe in basement. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide updated IPM pest control report upon re inspection.

There are Burrows have been concreted however large swath of basement floor is exposed earth. Hole in basement window screen on side of building. Repair Treat and seal the entire area to prevent entrance of vermin. Smoke test with BWSC has been scheduled for week after Thankgiving holiday
