Remove tape and clean and sanitize walls. Replace the tape with stainless steal/approved backsplash. Third Floor Kitchen- Observed heavy grease build up on the fan located next to the stove. Degrease fan to remove the grease build up. Third Floor Kitchen- Observed heavy grease build up on the side of the fryolator. Degrease to remove grease build up. Basement- Observed heavy debris build up on the floor to the left of the dishmachine. Contact a licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report. Treat all sink and floor drains. More frequent visits are recommended until this issue is resolved.
