    Inspector note: Third floor restrooms- Womens room- 2nd sink is missing a faucet and hot and cold handles. The 4th sink the hot water facuet is not working. Repair and ensure hot and cold water is working at these two sinks. Third floor mens room- The 3rd sink hot water faucet is not working. Repair and ensure hot and cold water are working. Third floor kitchen- The faucet at the prep sink is not working. Repair and ensure hot and cold water is working. Third floor kitchen- Observed a leak under the sink next to dishmachine and stagnant water in a bucket. Repair and remove the stagnant water. Basement kitchen- Observed a leak and a bucket of stagnant wate under the 3 bay sink. Repair. Contact a licensed plumber to repair all plumbing issues.

    Inspector note: Observed a significant number of drain/fruit flies throughtout the bar areas and in the basement kitchen. Contact a licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report. Treat all sink and floor drains. More frequent visits are recommended until this issue is resolved. Ensure staff is wiping bottles counters applicances down to remove all sugar wrapping the soda guns at night and making sure no water is on the floor.

    Inspector note: Third Floor Kitchen- Observed white tape with mold like substance located on the wall and on the back of the sink next to the dishmachine. Remove tape and clean and sanitize walls. Replace the tape with stainless steal/approved backsplash. Third Floor Kitchen- Observed heavy grease build up on the fan located next to the stove. Degrease fan to remove the grease build up. Third Floor Kitchen- Observed heavy grease build up on the side of the fryolator. Degrease to remove grease build up. Basement- Observed heavy debris build up on the floor to the left of the dishmachine. Clean to remove.

Sanitizer solution should be at recommened ppm by manafacturer.
