Inspector note: Observed heavy grease on the grease container and rat and bunny droppings on the ground. The grease container is stored inside a hooden hut. Clean the grounds to remove all droppings and grease on the ground and on the container.

Inspector note: No air gap on one of the prep sinks. The other prep sink has an air gap but it also has other hoses attached to it. Photo taken. Contact licensed plumber pull permit at 1010 mass ave. Plumbing inspector must sign off before health can approve. At the time of todays re inspection an air gap was observed. Waiting on the plumbing inspector to approve before I can approve.
