    Inspector note: Large container of chili inside of the 2 door deli style cooler with an elevated temperature of betwee 48-56F. PIC stated that the chili had been in the unit from the previous night. Temperatures were taken by both management and myself at the time of the inspection. Chili was voluntarily disposed of at the time of the inspection. Ensure all potentially hazarous foods are being properly cooler prior to being used for service.
