System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: The handwashing sink at the barista area is broken and the person in charge states a work ticket has been placed for their maintenance team to fix the handwashing sink but it has been several weeks since the ticket has been placed. There is another handwashing sink on the same floor within fifteen feet that is working that staff have been using to wash their hands. Repair or replace the broken handwashing sink in the barista area. The utility sink directly next to the handwashing sink will be used as a temporary handwashing sink and all liquids will be placed in a bucket and brought to the back of house to be disposed of in the three compartment sink until the handwashing sink is fixed and the utility sink may be used as a utility sink again.
