  Inspector note: Evidence of rodent activity in the back hallway. At the time of the re inspection the owner was not able to provide a detailed IPM report but she was able to contact the licensed exterminator. I spoke to the exterminator and he stated that they found rat burrow in the basement. The exterminator stated he would send the report over and is scheduled to come back out on 10/ 24/24. Observed round green pellets in the store area and the owner stated she put that bait down. Owner removed all open bait at the time of the re inspection.
