  Inspector note: Evidence of rodent dropping on the floor at 1078 Hyde Park Ave. Photos Taken. Clean to remove all droppings. Contact licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report inspect 1078 and 1076 both basements both main floors bathrooms exterior and both drop ceilings and empty apartmen and the 2 holes that are in the ground near the trash. Provide 2 extermination reports prior to the next inspection. Recommend having more frequent visits before the next inspection to ensure reports state no catches and no evidence of droppings. No door sweep on the exterior door leading to the apartment. Photo taken. Provide door sweep and repair door to make sure no day light comes through.

Photos taken. 4/29/25- At the time of the inspection one of the staff was cleaing out back and was due to come back at 11am today to clean the rest of the trash. Please take a photo when the trash area has been addressed and send the photo over to the email provided by the end of the day.
