    Inspector note: Cooked beans of walk-in cooler with an elevated temerature of 66F. PIC stated the beans have been in the wal-in cooler from the previous night. Discontoinue and ensure proper cooling methods are in place.

    Inspector note: All potentially hazardous foods on the front service line with temperatures between 49-53F. PIC stated that all the foods have been prepared from around and hour and half prior. Daily temperature logs were present and up to date and temperatures were recorded within that time frame at below 41F. At the time of the inspection the manager on duty Saidia contacted another BoLoco location and transported all foods until units have been repaired. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F. 10 lbs. of cooked beans and 3 5 lbs. bags of gratted cheese were all volunatrily discarded at the time of the inspection.
