Provide a closed case or individually wrap all the pastries to properly protect them. 11/12/13 They are treating for the fruit flies and they appear to be better today but there are still flies and they are landing on the bakery products in the open case so they need to properly protect the product during storage. Also there are savory croissants with meats and cheese at ambient temperature.. These items need refrigeration.
