The Licensed plumber must contact the building inspection unit to schedule an inspection . 2.10.2026 The pumbler inspector visit the establishement on 2.9.26 for an inspection but the site was closed. A follow-up inspection needs to re scheduled

IPM report should cite notation on drop ceiling inspection. 2/2/2026 pest control service was conducted on 1/30/26 by ladybug pest control. one mouse was removed from behind the fryer minor mouse activity in the bait station. Provide current pest control report confirming no pest activity with no catches and no structural conditions noted.
