Following that service it was determined that multiple parts needed to be replaced and parts are on order. Email confirmation of service completed on 01/19/23 Facility has large high temperature dish machne in the kitchen on the second level and all warewashing is being done in that machine until proper repairs are made to the machine in the main kitchen.
