  Inspector note: Observed the dumpster overflowing with trash. PIC called the Northeast Recyclying at the time of the inspection. The rep at northeast recycling stated that the establishment has trash pick up every Friday. The rep was trying to get intouch with the person responsible for picking up the trash. They did not come out this past Friday. Trash needs to be removed. Ensure that the dumpster has tight fitting dumpster lids that the lids are locked (PIC ordered locks today)
