  Inspector note: No dishmachine behind bar. Owner stated that he purchased the wrong dishmachine. Please provide spec sheet before purchasing the dishmachine. PIC stated they were washing the bar glasses in the 3 bay sink the 2nd dishmachine is the warewash area is not working again. Repair gauge Provide scrubbers for the 3 bay sink to clean bar glasses.

  Inspector note: Observed a strong smell in and around the warewash area stronger today than the last inspection. Clean and sanitize to remove odor. Possible grease trap needs to be cleaned. The floor has been regrouted in the warewash area still have a few more places to grout to ensure no stagnant water remains on the floor.
