Inspector note: Freezer door does not fullly close. Ice and frost build up. All food items inside are frozen. Repair Dishmachine behind the bar has been ordered. Waiting on it to be delivered and installed. Dishmachine in the warewash area needs to be repaired. Staff is having to manually push the buttons machine is not running 2 cycles and the machine is not getting enough water inside the unit. Please contact licensed company to come service the machine. Please purchase new sanitizer for the dishmachine in the warewash area old sanitizer is not strong enough. Provide scrubbers for the 3 bay sink to clean bar glasses.
