Walls and Ceilings Attachments (C)Inspector note: There is exposed ventialtion and sprinklers for the ceiling in the kitchen. Provide a smooth cleanable durable ceiling in food prep areas. 8/12/25: On compliance visit spoke with building manager about duct work in back prep area and the need for a enclosed ceiling in the back food prep area to prevent contamination and pest control. Develop a plan for the completion of the work for review by the health department. 8/25/25: On compliance visit we spoke with the building management and the owner about bringing prep area into compliance; provide a contractor's report on proposed work to enclose HVAC vents and sprinklers in prep area. 12/2/2025 On compliance visit spoked with Serdi he stated that the owner has arranged for repairs to by done by a contractor TMO construction The contractor is coming today to do the walkthrough and take note of the stock needed. Provide Documentation from a licensed contractor on the time frame you need for proper enclosed ceiling installed
