Inspector note: clean ceiling tiles on ceiling around the bagel oven. Tiles are discolored and soiled. If tiles are unable to be cleaned replace the tiles. Clean the walls inside the enclosed mop sink and clean the inside "bowl" of the mop sink. Remove builtup soils. • remove heavy buildup of soils on floor under the dish machine. At the service area clean floor under and around all of the counter tops and equipment. Keep supplies 6 inches off the floor in the dry goods storage area.
