Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the interior of the hood by the filters or grease build up. Also two hood stickers posted one is expired and what I think is the correct one did not have a yesr hole punched out. Please correct. 6-8-23 The hood was cleaned but the filters not put back into the holders. PIC will need to call someone or the cleaning company to inslall.

Surface Characteristics-Outdoor Areas (C)Inspector note: The exterior door was broken by a customer yesterday. PIC stated that she has called to have repaired already.
