Two handsinks in kitchen one is inoperable the other was found without soap or paper towels. Employees without adequate means to wash hands. Provide frequent adequate handwashing between changing tasks and gloves and before handling and preparing food. PIC took corrective action to stock soap and paper towels in functioning handsink.
