    Inspector note: Tofu and other food products located in the open air cooler with slightly elevated temperatures ranging between 49-51F. Address and ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F. All foods were removed from the open air cooler at the time of the inspection and placed into a walk-in refrigeration unit that was operating below 41F. Technician was on site at that point to make all necessary repairs.

Sverla ceiling tiles above the retail portion of the store with what appears to be water damage. Replace.

Drip tray to the walk-in refrigeration unit with excess ice/frost build-up. Address make any necessay repairs and clean to remove. What appears to be rodent droppings observed on teh storage shelves and floor of the second level dry storage area. Clean and sanitize to remove all.
