Inspector note: Clean walls in walk in in basement area as discussed. • Location has a low temperature dishwasher that is being replaced but still able to wash and sanitize. If dishwasher was to go down sanitizer bay is not deep enough to sanitize larger equipment. PIC stated that he will use a large clean bin that will be used at a sanitizer bay. This can be use until a new sink is installed. PIC will look for deterent no rinse sanitizer.
