    Inspector note: Disturbed wall materials along baseboard in dining area. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Most recent pest report from Modern Pest dated 8/19/26 states carpentry repairs needed for booths along wall to address mice entry points. Make all corrections necessary. Provide updated pest report upon re inspection. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide an updated Integrated Pest Management pest control report upon re-inspection. The pest control report must be post dated after today’s inspection. Ensure that the pest control report eventually states that there are no captures no evidence and that all structural voids have been treated and sealed with all exclusionary work addressed. Increase the frequency of pest control visits until the situation is brought under control. Literature explaining IPM has been provided to the PIC by email.
