Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Evidence of mice activity with droppings visible along wall in dining area near high chairs on floor next to coffee machine and near booths. Disturbed wall materials along baseboard in dining area. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide an updated Integrated Pest Management pest control report upon re-inspection. The pest control report must be post dated after today’s inspection. Ensure that the pest control report eventually states that there are no captures no evidence and that all structural voids have been treated and sealed with all exclusionary work addressed. Increase the frequency of pest control visits until the situation is brought under control. Literature explaining IPM has been provided to the PIC by email.
