Inspector note: Evidence of mice activity with droppings present behind service coolers and under trash storage in dining area on floors behind cookline along baseboards and under front counter under dish storage rack in kitchen. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide an updated IPM pest control report upon re inspection post dated after today's inspection. Pest report from Modern dated 01/12/2026 states "no activity" yet there are still droppings present on today's revisit that have not been cleaned up. PIC states pest control is on a monthly schedule increase frequency of pest control visits until situation is brought under control. Indentify entry points and address.
