    Inspector note: The sanitizer is not setup correctly it initially was setup with a mixture of chlorine and quats. The emptied the sanitizer bucket and set it up again with over 400 ppm quats (the bucket ws diluted after testing to 200 ppm quats). Properly train employees correctly setup the three bay sink and sanitizer buckets with the proper sanitizer concentrations.
