Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)Inspector note: Hand sink in prep area was not working at this time. PIC stated that he has a work rder in to have repaired or replaced. Another hand sink is on the other end of the prep area and is working properly.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to have the hood and filters cleaned on the cooking lines. Hood sticker expired Sept 2023

Floors Walls and Ceilings Utility Lines (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to address the ceiling above the Project X and Vessel Stations. The plan review was marked that a ceiling will need to be install above the two areas. PIC did put in a variance but I believe that was not approved. I spoke to PIC on the phone and he will reach out to the Health Division first thing Monday morning.
