    Inspector note: Walk in refrigerator observed broken. Thermometer at 71F. Majority of items held in walk in cooler are bottled non tcs beverages. Two racks of dairy items observed with elevated temperatures. Yogurt 70F half and half 69F. Person in charge indicated a work order has been placed. Repair.

    Inspector note: At this time found evidence of rodent droppings in the retail chip area. PIC will need to clean area and have pest control inspect. Pest control is inspecting a few days a weeks. On the reports did not see many catches. No kick plates and did not see any glue boards or boxes under shelves. Please address and email report to me.

    Inspector note: In retail area (chips shelf) found bags of chips that rodents have gotten into. PIC will need to ckeck each day and remove open bags. Suggested that bottom shelf be used for water and for pest control to put traps of some kind under shelf.
