- ⚠️Controlling Pests (Pf) • PIC will need to have pest control do some more baiting in the ceiling in the basement and kitchen area. In basement I can see droppings. Please have this addressed with pest control 3-7-25 Please have pest control come out again before next re-inspection. After reading reports recommendations noted will need to be taken care of and removed from the report.
