Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: PIC will need to have pest control do some more baiting in the ceiling in the basement and kitchen area. In basement I can see droppings. Please have this addressed with pest control 3-7-25 Please have pest control come out again before next re-inspection. After reading reports recommendations noted will need to be taken care of and removed from the report. As discussed please have them cheack the ceilings and fix the tile at the bottom of the stairs to basement.
