Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)

Inspector note: Observed a few missing floor tiles. Allan stated that the floor is being repaired the 1st week of April. 3/28/25- Allan sent a text message this am to the person responsible for repairing the floor tiles. A few weeks back a car crashed into the back of the restaurant. Contractor is due to come out Monday March 31st to repair wall and missing floor tiles. I asked Allan to have the contractor email us confirmation on the date.

Inspector note: Trash area was cleaned up in regards to clutter at the time of the inspection the grease barrell had been emptied. The barrell has a hole and grease was on the ground. Clean grease from the ground and replace grease barrell.
