Address and ensure all foods are being checked for past expiration dates prior to and while out on the sales shelves. Meats were removed at the time of the inspection. Glue based fly traps observed being stored over preparation table and preparation sinks. Discontinue and ensure proper usage of fly traps in any preparation/food area's. Packages of frozen foods observed being stored on the ground of the walk-in freezer. Discontinue and store all foods elevated a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.
