    Inspector note: The towel dispensers to the front and rear of the establishment were empty. Staff within the rear preparation area had set a roll of towels on the table nearby the rear hand sink. Staff from the previous shift should have refilled the towel dispensers. Management restocked the dispensers during the inspection.
