Inspector note: Provide door sweep/weather stripping to the front exterior doors. Double door with a space in between that needs to be secured and tightened up to ensure no rodents can enter.

Controlling Pests (C)

Inspector note: Spoke to the PIC about the complaint and he stated that he was aware of the situation. A customer opened the front door and a rodent ran into the restaurant. A few minutes later they opened the door and the rodent ran back outside. The rodent never entered the kitchen area or anywhere near the food. At today's inspection I observed and took photos of the flower beds out front that have a few burrows. This report will also be sent over to ISDENVIRONMENTAL.
