Controlling Pests (Pf)

Inspector note: PIC has pest control coming twice a month. I did find a small amount of droppings on the floor in basement and in back prep area. PIC will need to clean more often and inform pest control what he is finding. I did see a few traps that have been set off. Please check the traps between inspections. 7-17-25 PIC will need to continue to monitor traps and have pest control inspect. Last report did show two catches. We will need to see a clean report to be able to pass this inspection.

The shelves on the cooking line builk food containers on the cooking line in place equipment and remove the ice build up in the large freezer on the cooking line. • Please review with staff not to store product on the floor. In all three walk ins found product on the floor.
