Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: PIC has pest control coming twice a month. I did find a small amount of droppings on the floor in basement and in back prep area. PIC will need to clean more often and inform pest control what he is finding. I did see a few traps that have been set off. Please check the traps between inspections. 7-17-25 PIC will need to continue to monitor traps and have pest control inspect. Last report did show two catches. We will need to see a clean report to be able to pass this inspection.

Cutting Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Cutting boards on cooking line will need to be cleaned to removed deep dark scores. If not please replace. 7-17-25 If deep dark stains do not come out of cutting boards please replace.
